Questions about sending mail to South Korea
- How long does mail to South Korea take?
- We estimate 8โ15 business days after mailing. It is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, and the count starts on the day we mail your letter, not the day you order.
- Can I send a letter to South Korea from another country?
- Yes. You order online from wherever you are, and we print and mail the letter for you, so you don't need stamps or a trip to the post office. Once your order is assigned, its page shows the country it was mailed from.
- Is a return receipt available for South Korea?
- No. Registered letters to South Korea are delivered against signature, but a return receipt isn't sold for this destination.
- Can I track a letter to South Korea?
- Yes, with a tracked or registered letter. Tracking updates depend on the postal networks along the way, so they may not cover every step. Your order page shows the updates we receive.
- Do I need to enter a state or province for South Korea?
- Yes, the address form asks for it and we print it as part of the address. Pick the address from the suggestions to fill it in automatically.
- How many digits does a South Korea postcode have?
- Five digits. Korea Post's UPU sheet says the five-digit district number replaced the former six-digit postal code in 2015.[1]
- Where does the postcode go in a Korea address?
- To the right of the locality name, such as DAEGU 42007.[1]
- Where should I put apartment details?
