How does MaisonMail work?
Upload a PDF or image, write your letter directly in MaisonMail, or have the AI assistant draft it. Enter the recipient’s address, then choose a mailing service available for that destination. Review your letter, address, selected service, and total before paying. We print, envelope, and hand your letter to the postal carrier — no printer or post office visit needed.
What does the price depend on?
The price depends on the destination country, the service, the page band, colour printing, and add-ons. It does not depend on where your letter is mailed from. MaisonMail calculates it from the current prices and locks the final total before payment.
Which postal carrier delivers my letter?
After payment, MaisonMail assigns your letter to a printing and postal partner able to deliver the chosen service to the destination. MaisonMail manages fulfilment routing internally; carrier details and an external tracking link are shown only when available for your order.
How long does delivery take?
We mail your letter within 1 business day of payment; orders placed on a weekend or public holiday are mailed the next business day. Postal delivery estimates depend on the destination and service and are shown before payment in business days from handover to the postal carrier. They exclude order processing, printing, and preparation before handover and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Check your order page for the mailing date and estimated delivery window, when available. If that window has passed, contact us with your order code.
What countries do you deliver to?
Our destinations page lists the countries we currently send to. Available services, prices, and delivery estimates depend on the destination and are shown after you enter the recipient’s address.
What payment methods are accepted?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. The payment methods available for your order are shown at checkout and may vary by country, currency, and device. MaisonMail does not store your full card number or security code.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Before your letter is handed to the postal carrier, you can cancel your order free of charge: contact us via the contact page with your order code. We will then cancel the order and refund the full amount paid to your original payment method. Once your letter has been handed to the postal carrier, we no longer accept cancellation or refund requests under this policy. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including any applicable right of withdrawal or remedies for a failure to perform the service.
